I have been running 24 Years. I started from scratch as a New Years resolution.  I joined a local running club 8 months later.

My notable achievements are: 1st marathon 2hrs 56, then brought this down to 2hrs 42. Represented England internationally at marathon / half marathon / 10k. I  was first England / European at Toronto marathon finishing 8th-
Marathon PB of 2hrs 39:22. I was ranked in the top 10 British women that year.

Finished 7th/ 1st Shropshire lady at intercounties championship cross country. Silver medal at midlands XC championship.

5k pb: 16:46, 10k: 34:56, 10 miles: 57:09, half: 75:19.

I run throughout my pregnancy/ post birth and I have vast experience of working with international coaches.

I have also racked up a variety of different injuries, many heart breaks like getting injured when going for Commonwealth games qualifier.

I did my Run Leaders course back in 2008.  I then did 5/6 Couch to 5k programmes. I took my actual coach in running fitness 2015, and have volunteered with LRC throughout.

I was also told in 2010, I should retire as my running days were over – but I am still going!
