Running was not something that came naturally to me. In fact I hated it at first!

I started running to lose the remaining baby weight after I had my sons and to get fit after being a confirmed couch potato for years.  Since starting running I have discovered that I enjoy trail running the most – especially long distance.  I have run many road marathons, lots of trail marathons and even more ultramarathons.

I have been run leading since  2014 and became a Coach in Running Fitness in 2017.  I really enjoy being part of the coaching team planning and delivering speed sessions at track.
