We are looking forward to seeing all of our couch 2 5k graduates complete there graduation 5km at Telford parkrun.
These fantastic runners started the 9 week programme running under 1 minute at a time to now being able to complete the 5km non stop. Everyone at Lawley Running Club is very proud of your achievement.
