A massive congratulations to everyone who took part in our January C25k, Saturdays graduation parkrun was the culmination of their hard work over the last 9 weeks, they were fantastic!!!!. Many of them have gone from complete non runners in theses last 9 weeks to completing the 5k in very good times.
We look forward to welcoming them at club this week to continue their running journey, congratulations all!
